 TUMBLED TRINKETS BEGINNINGS
I
started Tumbled Trinkets with two things in mind - create something
small and send a message that's big. I love upcycling stained glass
shards, glass bottles, old canning jars or any other glass that I can
recycle into stunning Eco friendly jewelry. In addition, all earrings
are made with sterling silver components. To lessen landfill waste, no
NEW glass is ever used in my jewelry or ornaments. I hope you enjoy
what you see and please remember to reduce, reuse, recycle, and re-purpose with flair!
This
has always been my favorite picture of my Dad and me. When we visited
my grandparents ranch in western South Dakota, we used to go "rock
hounding," to look for rocks and agates to tumble. We loved to picnic
and spend time there, which in turn created my love for the great
outdoors, especially the prairies of Western South Dakota. My grandpa
like to polish and display the rocks we found and this childhood memory
helped spur the idea for my recycled glass jewelry business.
