This elegant style of recycled glass earrings was one of my earliest designs and I simply love them. When I accidently broke three antique canning jars in one sitting I had to figure out what to do with the broken pieces, they simply could not be thrown away (this produced great eye rolling from my husband… why I don’t know)! I took the broken pieces and recycled them to create these earrings and this is what started Tumbled Trinkets. They have since evolved into a whole new line of color combinations that transform any wardrobe. This style (in black) has been worn to several proms lending an air of elegance to the evening. The mixed color combinations are fun, versatile and really catch the eye. So if you need to add some color and elegance to your day this is the pair for you!
*If you simply can’t decide on a color for a friend, I suggest a mixed combination so they can wear it with several outfits but beware, I have been told many times, “I bought the last pair for a friend but ended up keeping them for myself”!
These recycled glass earrings are made from antique canning jars, stained glass shards or old bottles. The findings are sterling silver and each pair is approximately 1" to 2" long. Shape, size and color of glass vary slightly as each pair is unique. Repurpose with style!
