If an item is not as described, a full refund will be given in the form of payment received. Otherwise, items will be accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 5 business days of receipt.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit with original sales receipt.
We are sure you will love our jewelry, but in case you need to return an item, please complete the following steps for ALL returns:
- Sign into your account using your email and password
- Under "Track Your Recent Orders" Click "View Details" next to order
- Click "Add New RMA" Button
- Complete form
- We will email you with a Return Merchandise Confirmation # and details.
- No return will be processed without prior authorization. Accept in the case of receiving an incorrect product, Shipping fees will not be refunded.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Tumbled Trinkets shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
