We accept returns on all handmade jewelry items for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. To return an item, please email sales@tumbledtrinkets.com to make arrangements to return the item for a replacement or a refund. All items must be returned in its original packaging and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please know, that as the designer and owner of Tumbled Trinkets, I am committed to my customers happiness. I will work with you in any way to insure that you have a pleasant shopping experience . Feel free to contact me with any concern you may have. I will happily respond promptly. Items must be returned within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from my studio) for a full refund, or within 90 days for an exchange. Packages must be postmarked within the 30- or 90- day period. You must include the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records. Customer is responsible for any shipping cost regarding the return of ANY item. Item must be shipped in its original condition and box, with all documents sent. Note: Returned items MUST be fully insured. Keep a copy of your invoice and staple it to the insurance stub. This will fully protect you. You must contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item was damaged upon receipt. Delivery Confirmation is a good idea as it lets you know that your return made it to our Post Office.
